Why
80% of what we own, we never use.
The average American burns 55 minutes a day - roughly 12 days a year - looking for things they know they own but cannot find.
We wear 20% of the clothes we own, 80% of the time. The rest just hangs there, just in case.
Getting rid of clutter eliminates 40% of housework in the average home.
The Story
I have a genuine passion for helping people, which has been the cornerstone of my career. As a former sales leader, I honed my skills in customer-centric account management, where my analytical mindset, organizational abilities, and strategic planning drove my success.
I love to problem solve and have an innate ability to see through chaos to deliver results in an organized, methodical, and repeatable way. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and leadership, I found myself increasingly disillusioned by the complexities of the healthcare environment. This prompted a period of self-reflection, reminding me of my true passion: the positive impact of “helping people.”
Throughout my life, I embraced organization, from sorting mom’s Tupperware as a kid to color-coding my college roommates’ closets to meticulously organized garage systems and sought after sports equipment management techniques. It’s simple discipline for me and I move thoughts or ideas to action.
As a full-time working mom of twin daughters, routine and structure has always been a way of life in our home. Actually, when the girls were little and asked about mom’s work, they would say, “mommy helps doctors, help sick people.” A great descriptor for my hospital-based work in Med Tech at the time. It’s a constant work in progress with children, but expectations are clear at home.
Volunteering at Dana- Farber Cancer Institute to support cancer patients reignited my love for service. After a complete renovation of our home, I began helping friends and family get organized—something I find therapeutic. After countless people telling me, “You should start a business, or I’d hire you to do this.” I decided to do some research and unbeknownst to me, there is an entire subset of crazy people like me, Type A+ … Professional Organizers!!! Then the idea was born for a custom organizing business. So many people have confidentially trusted me with their spaces, the results are fantastic, and we are having so much fun!
I believe organization is a part of my DNA—a lifestyle for some, yet a daunting task for many. Let me help you transform your space and simplify your life. Together, we can create a system that brings calm to the chaos!
